Last Friday, the 28th, I had a sonogram that showed there might be some complications that would lead to me not being able to come to the reunion. I have also been having a lot of pain from the scar tissue left behind from my previous c-sections. I was able to talk to my doctor today, though, and he said that as long as we stop every hour and have me walk around a bit on the trip, there shouldn't be any problem with me going. That is as long as I don't start having contractions, and the shots are supposed to prevent those.
So, some of you may have heard that there was a possibility that I would not come, but that, thankfully, is not the case. Jacob has been praying that the doctor would say that we can go. I love to see the faith of my children at work.
We will see you all in 2 weeks!
(Unfortunately the baby was shy and we still don't know if it is a boy or a girl. We will have another sonogram in three weeks and hopefully the baby will be more cooperative. Jacob wants a boy so that he can have bunk beds in his room. :)

So happy you can still come -but the stopping every hour reminds me of the trips we would take with Gram. No fun!
I thought of the same thing when the doctor told me. Oh, well, it will be easier on the kids.
we glad you can still come. Kid are so smart aren't they ? we hope verything going well to you .
haha, That is just tooooooo cute! After his faithful prayers to make sure you can come to reunion, he should get his wish of a little brother :D Of course, by the time the baby is old enough for bunk beds he might decide having his own room is really nice, too :D
We are SO happy you're still coming!
