A Wonderful Day
When Grandma Gibbons called on Christmas night, Dad asked if he could do Grandpa's work in the temple. She said yes! (Actually she said okay after she reminded your dad that Grandpa was Catholic and she didn't think he wanted to change.) So the day after Christmas we went to the temple and David baptised and confirmed Dad as proxy for Grandpa. It was very special and David reminded us that his middle name was for Grandpa. So now Grandpa has the opportunity to accept the Gospel. We haven't sealed him to his parents yet and will do that soon because we have a lot of family sealings to do. Isn't this wonderful? I'm so grateful for the restored gospel and the temple ordinances. We will be a forever family.
