My family drove out from California this year to be with us for Christmas. So this was our first Christmas in our own home. It was really nice. I'm glad we didn't have to travel this year.

This is me opening my gift from Will. He got me a "Canon Rebel" its the latest and greatest of professional digital cameras. I was shocked! He was secretly working a few side jobs to save up the money for it.
Rachel asked for a bike for Christmas so we went on a hunt for a trike that was small enough for her. They were all just a little too big except for one at toys r us but it was expensive so we went to target. Well their trikes were all too big too but they had a power wheels in her size for just $10 more than the trike. So we got that instead. She likes it but hasn't figured out how to steer yet so she just runs into everything. I tried to load a video of her riding it for the first time but it wasn't working.

That is so cute!! So, have you tried out your new Rebel yet? Those are really nice cameras! Good job Bippe! Did he hide it in an even bigger box, because that box doesn't look like a Rebel box. And Mel, your hair is getting so long!!
He left it in the box it was shipped in. He got it for a good deal on ebay, he says. I was totally stumped on what could be in the box.
