Carrie's Granola
4 cups oats
1 cup cereal (I use grapenuts but you can use corn flakes, cheerios, bran, anything really)
1 cup nuts/ seeds (I used chopped macadamia nuts and sunflower seeds but again, anything you have or want)
1 cup coconut
1 cut dried fruit (I used craisins but rasins, dry cherries, any thing)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
almond extract (not necessary but yummy)
Mix all the dry stuff in a big bowl. Heat milk and extract till warm. Pour on oat mix and stir. Bake on a cookie sheet 10 minutes at 350. Cool completely before storing.
