So, I know I just posted, but I really wanted to share this, and it just happened:
I decided to run for VP of Membership for the Accounting Association on a whim, and gave a very impromptu speech and...WON!! :) There were 5 other people running for the position, and about 40-50 club members in attendance. I officially begin next quarter as an official officer for the club, and am so excited!
So yeah, I'm keeping busy. But my grades won't suffer here because by next quarter I'll be taking all my business courses and Biology will be done and over and just a nightmare in the past. :) Love you all, and hope you are having a great Tuesday!
Oh, and I have no idea how to get the video of me dancing off my phone and onto the computer... The video is really dark, even though the place where we dance (the Coffee Depot, a coffee shop in Riverside) is really brightly lit. And Maggi forgot to hit for audio too, so there is no sound...

I feel a little sorry for the five other people that ran. They might have actually put some time into THEIR speeches :-)
Congratulations, Leighann! It should be a lot of fun.
I'm right with you with hating Biology. That was the hardest "B" I ever worked for in High School and all I have is Biology and one other class and I could have my Associates Degree. I always ask myself, "Is it worth it?" Someday, when the kids are older, I'll tackle it, but I understand your excitement to be done with it. :)
