We had a wonderful Easter here in Texas. We were worried that there would be Thunderstorms, but luckily, they were North of us and the weather was great here. We went ahead and did our Easter Egg hunt today. I would much rather do it on Saturday, but Dianne, my niece, came home from college last night at 7 and she wanted to do the hunt with us. The kids were really excited about it. A little too excited, actually. I'm very glad that they are in bed now :) Rebecca slept through all the excitement, but that was just fine with me!
All Dressed Up
They girls all looked very cute in their matching dresses and Jacob looked very handsome in his new church outfit.

We colored the eggs yesterday, so they should have gone fist, but I like the first pictures better :)

Scott did his experiments with the eggs, so Jacob had to try it as well. The only problem was that Jacob didn't have quite the control that Scott did and it made a mess but...

We had the egg hunt at my sister's house. It was so funny to watch them miss a bright pink egg right on the front of my sisters black car over and over again. I don't have the most observant kids.
Elizabeth had a lot of help from everyone else.
Sarah had tons of eggs by the end. She did the best at finding them.

I found the two big girls' dresses at Costco, but they don't have Rebecca's size so I didn't think she was going to match, but then I found one at another store that matched perfectly! I was so excited.
Wow, lucky on the dresses! They look so dang cute!! :D
And the lack of observation I think comes from their father ;)
