Biggest new news with us is we are buying our first home! Well, it's a townhouse, because there are a TON here in Utah and that's what's in our budget! We are really excited about it. We are getting a new development one that will be finished in late November. It will be an end unit, like the one in the pictures.

HERE. We are moving to Herriman, which will make Roy's commute to SLC cut in half from what it is from Provo currently. The model home you see there has a lot of different upgrades than what we will be doing. Like for example, our cabinets will be a dark knotted with a gray glaze, the countertops will be a white quartz, etc.
This is a picture of our selections of the carpet, cabnets, countertops, tile, etc. The big white piece at the back is just showing the shower options.
And here are a few more things from us:
We went to the library and she loved the books, but mostly she loved the other kids and these big animals they had on top of the shelves.
She kept yelling this one was a "puppy!"
She is getting so big! She looks like such a chunk in this picture haha
I hope it's okay I'm showing Roy's tummy. I just thought this was so cute! We were teaching her how to blow a raspberry.

I am still working for Puppies For Rent, though I am only working two days a week during the summer, because it has been so slow. But I love that Adalynn gets to play with all the puppies and get used to them. One day we will own a dog! A nice thing, though, is that my boss just gave me a two dollar raise! He said I am really valuable to this company and the puppies and he wanted me to know that!

Haha, in the picture where she is laying on Roy, I was like, HOLY COW!! She is getting so big, I can't believe it! But then I saw she was normal size in all the other pictures. Did Roy Photoshop that picture to make her look so big? :D Seriously though, I feel like she'll be in Young Women's the next time we see her, she seems to be growing so fast! Still such a cutie though!!
And that is so exciting about buying a townhouse!! It's building equity, and you guys get to customize it, so that is great!! And the nice things about townhouses is usually there is an HOA that will handle pest control, landscaping, major repairs, etc, so it's the benefits of renting while you build up equity. Wow. I am just amazed that my little sister is not only a mother, but also a soon-to-be homeowner. So exciting! I love you guys, and Peter misses Roy like crazy :D

Yay for home ownership!!!! Congrats guys. Heather's cousin lives in Herriman. More family closer together if we ever make it up there to visit.
