How fun to get to be so many things this year!
Who is Major Monogram?

Major Monogram is a character in a kids show called Phineas and Ferb. It is my kids' favorite show. That costume is great, Tom!
Looks like you guys had a lot of fun.

Magi you're so crazy for finding four different costumes for all five kids. It's hard enough to come up with a couple let alone twenty!

You'd think I was out of the Halloween costume business, but the 13 year old girl next door came over to go through my costumes. She left with a 50's beauty queen one.

We have 2 Halloween costume boxes! I am always throwing in dressy stuff from parties, hand me downs, crazy material and clearance racks! It is easy if the kids will pick something from the box.

Magi I hope you knew I meant "crazy" in a good super mom way because I thought that was amazingly awesome of you. I'm sure you did but just wanted to make sure.

I remember the halloween boxes mom had and I always LOVED to go through them and play dress up for Halloween! Having those two boxes will be great for your kids!
Getting to be in the elementary schools for this month is awesome because it helps me understand my nieces and nephews better at their ages. I can just see Matthew showing off his skeleton costume or his nerd costume to his buddies at school :)

What were you, Magi?

I knew what "crazy" you meant! Thanks!
I didn't dress up. I don't really like to. I did promise to dress up next year though.

Dear Shannon,
I am so glad that you are taking the non-categorizing of people so seriously. I know that those who are handicapped dislike the term "r****d" which we as a family have tried to stay away from. I also have been made aware by your comments that those who are highly intelligent dislike the term nerd as you have yet to say it. First you said you were a red, and now a heard. As someone who is married to a red, I am proud of the heard community.
Sincerely,
Peter
