I think the video is a sad comment on humanity when we would laugh at the terrible misfortune of a little girl only to get a cheap laugh! I for one must stand up and say, Enough is Enough! If you are going to subject us to stuff like this, please, please, make it longer than three seconds! I felt dumb rewinding it 12 times to keep laughing!
