She is going to a public charter school which is why she wears a uniform. (They act like a private school but anyone can go there for free) She didn't want to wear it but I think she'll get used to it.
So cute!! But why do kids have to wear uniforms? I thought uniforms were supposed to deter gang activity or be for the British or something? Regardless, she looks adorable :D

They say it discourages bad behavior. They have less discipline problems. They say its also easier for the students to focus on their work.
