For sure, Greg! I'd "like" Gwen's comment, too. Unfortunately, paying Peter's out of state tuition for him to finish up his studies in TX would make it just as costly to live there right now. But we really wish we were closer to everyone!!
We'd love to come, but don't think we can. Please tell Elizabeth we love her and are so proud of her.
