Help please!

Okay, I'll start this off with saying I already know I'm a huge baby when it comes to throwing up. But I haven't been able to settle my stomach all night and I keep throwing up and I can't stand it! Could you all just keep me in your recent prayers for the next day, please?

Magi, and every other woman in the family who has been sick during their pregnancies, I give you full props! Cause this is miserable.

I am so sorry! We had more then one baby though so you know you will love the rewards! It may sound silly but when I stopped asking Heavenly Father to take away the sickness and accepted His will that I would be sick, even though I could see no reason for it, I did much better and was not so upset or angry. Before I felt like Lehi in the wilderness; murmuring because he was hungry, yet what did he learn from being hungry...I applied it to me and my sickness and for me I just needed to learn to accept Heavenly Father's will without understanding how I could grow from it. Of course I did not get to that point till babies 4 & 5 :) We will keep you in our prayers!

Sweetheart, you did not mention that you have the flu in addition to morning sickness! I am glad Roy only had the 24 hour bug and was able to go back to work today, but you are stuck at home alone and feeling miserable. Every time you Mother had another baby, my esteem for her and for all mothers in general climbed higher and higher. We guys are sooooooooo... lucky! All we have to do is provide for our families--you girls get to make the families (much, much harder). Just remember, Campbells chicken noodle soup augmented with sips of Sprite or 7-Up with lots of prayers and I know you can get though this. We love you.

Thank you Magi, that actually makes a lot of sense. Though it's easier said then done to accept that!

Dad, flu or not, it keeps me from eating normally and that makes me even more sick because of the pregnancy. Thank you for the advice and prayers everyone! Like I said, I know I'm such a baby when it comes to throwing up!

I've pretty much made up my mind that if I ever had to have chemotherapy I'd just say NO! I've had enough nausea and throwing up for a lifetime with those 10 pregnancies. Sure wish I'd ever found something that helped. Love you, Heather.

I have also heard Preggy Pops work well-- try all the flavors. One of my co-workers just had a baby, and his poor wife was constantly sick so he would buy them for her. She couldn't tolerate the pure ginger ones, but liked one of the flavors so he'd buy them in bulk for her. He said they really helped her a lot, but I'm not sure where he got them. I'm sure Google can help you out with that :D I'm out of the office on audit a lot lately, or I'd just ask him for more details.
