Well, after a week at the hospital things are starting to look up. Jacob was able to get up and walk around the hospital a bit today and they are expecting him to be able to come home this weekend.
It has been a rough ride. Far worse than anything else he has had to do, but they seem to have his pain medications figured out now and it is so wonderful that he is able to move around on his own once more.
I posted a fun video of him on facebook. Here is the link for a quick find. Virginia and Jordan bought him a nerf gun and they had a lot of fun with it.

Thanks for all the prayers. He is constantly telling me how much he can feel Heavenly Father helping him out and how blessed he is.

I love how, when he hits it, he brings the gun up like, "yeah, that's right." All cool like. Good job Jacob, you're such a stud!
