Scott made Sarah a dragon out of chain mail for her birthday. It turned out looking really cool.
It is so weird to have a daughter in Young Women's, but Sarah is so happy to be joining them. There are only two active girls that are Sarah's age, but there are around 10 in the next year up, so she has plenty of Beehives to befriend!

Very creative. I am guessing Sarah likes dragons! So amazing how much I don't know since we live so far apart! Happy birthday!
I didn't really know that she liked dragons until I tried to take one of Jacob's dragon books to a resale bookstore. She really didn't want me to take it. :-)
That is so cool!! She would flip over Peter's aunt's house-- His aunt works for Blizzard Gaming, and they have dragon statues ALL over their house that make me jealous-- and I don't even collect dragons! Scott, that is seriously the coolest thing. Reminds me of the unicorn David had made me out of pipe cleaners that I have displayed in our living room (I should say, HAD displayed, it's in a box now).
I'll have to take a trip to TX so I can see Sarah's dragon! Take a close up photo, please.
That must have taken you forever to make Scott! How did you do it with chain mail to create the form of a dragon? If you double click on the photo, you get a close up that really shows off the dragon and all the detail. Can't imagine how you did this. Love you all.
