Roy's mom's Jalapeno Sauce recipe

Since everyone seemed to love my mother in law's amazing jalapeno sauce at reunion, I figured you might want the recipe. I'm putting it here instead of on our family recipe blog because I forget most of the time that that blog exists so I'm worried no one would see it if I posted there. (I can post in both spots if you want?)

Here it is!

Ingredients:
2 cup mayonnaise (416 grams)
1/2 cup jalapeno slices with juice (81 grams)
4 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp.garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions:
Measure (or weigh) and put ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator. Spread on tortillas for quesadillas, burritos, tacos, whatever! Use as a dressing for taco salad. Great for dipping chicken, turkey, fish or beef.
