Adalynn's first Christmas

There's a lot of things I've been excited to do with Adalynn for her first Christmas, and it has been fun starting our own little family traditions.

One of the more commercial side of things I wanted to do was get a picture of Adalynn on Santa's lap! Roy, Adalynn and I went to a Christmas Market on Center Street in Provo a few weekends ago and we got to put Adalynn on Santa's lap then with their professional photographer taking the picture. But I was so distracted by enjoying the moment (duh!) to whip out my phone to take my own picture, and I can't find their "professional" ones posted anywhere.

Luckily, at Rachel's recital tonight, Santa came and I got another chance to take a picture of Adalynn with Santa.

That first experience on his lap, Adalynn just stared at him. This second time... well...

 

 

Good thing "Santa" isn't the main focus of this holiday season, right? :) Merry Christmas, family!


UPDATE:
I just found the Market Santa picture. Compared to the recital Santa, he seems a little creepy....but you'd have to see all the other pictures with kids to really see what I'm talking about.

Doesn't he just have this, "I'm gunna steal your baby" look?
