Last Monday, November 3rd, I began a workout routine called P90X It is quite a serious workout-Bippy and a couple of my friends recommended it. And honestly it is kicking my trash. But I am already feeling stronger and am feeling much better.In April I am doing a Half Ironman (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run.) and I want to weigh 175 by that time.
So I took some pictures on Monday the 3rd andamgoing to post them so my whole family will say, "how is the workout going?" when they talk to me- it will be good motivation!
I currently weigh (at least on Monday) 202!

Thanks for the graphic content warning- Hahaha. That is so excellent Tommy about your goal! And thanks for getting us involved too- Brother Andrews turned down the refreshments last night at Institute saying he needed to control his desire to eat unhealthy foods, and that gave me a chance to brag on you and Magi! :) Love you!!
Good luck! I definitely saw a difference in Will when he did P90X, I'm sure you will too.

P90X is awesome, watch out for too much muscle gain for the tri though Bro, I did the standard workout and I bulked up pretty quick. I wouldnt mind getting down to 180 by the tri myself that way i can do my best to keep up with you.Keep up the great work man I know you can do it!
