We got it!!
Dave and I just got a phone call from our realtor and our offer was accepted with them paying all closing costs. Yea!!! We even got it for $10,000 cheaper than the listing price. No pictures until the end of the month. We just bought a house! Well actually a condo but its the same to me. Wow! I cant believe it! Now to choose a paint color and carpet....

Is it being built (a new condo), or do you get to choose renovations? I'm sure it will look amazing though because you are an amazing artist Heather! :) Have fun with YOUR property!! Yeah!!

Leighann: The condo was built in 66' so we need to replace the carpets and put up a fresh coat of paint. We will update the kitchen next year when we get the stimulus package for the first time home buyer.
I'm so happy for you guys. It is so nice to be able to do whatever you want to a house and not have to worry about what the "owners" would think of it. You are the owners!
