Hey family, I wanted to know if I could get some prayers sent my way.
As many of you know I am teaching preschool this year and loving it! (except for when I get kicked and bit, like today, but 95% of the time I love it) This year I was hired as an aide, but under my degree and qualifications I can be a full time teacher with my own classroom and aide myself.
This coming school year I have applied for several positions and my application is being looked at over the next couple of weeks. I feel very confident, but doubt always creeps in. I would really appreciate some prayers and positive thought over the next few weeks as I interview and what not.
This next year is really important for our small family in that we are hemorrhaging money each month with school, and this house. We are staying afloat and feel very blessed by the Lord for what we have and that while we feel very meager in our living right now we still have so much to be thankful for.
We love you all and appreciate you and miss you. Hope everyone is doing well.

Any school would be incredibly lucky to have you on their staff, Shannon! Seriously, you just have this amazing way of lighting up a room and making people feel great; the love you have for children, and the desire to help them develop, learn, and achieve great things will not go unnoticed in your interviews, I am sure! Just be confident in yourself and what you can accomplish, and let the Lord do what you can't do for yourself. You got this, and I'm sure He has great things in store for you guys! :D
